I have bought several kits from them thinking that they would work for 28mm, BUT THEY ARE HUGE! Here is a fast pic I took last year of their crypt. link They are geared for Mannorhouse's Mindstalkers game which is 40mm. I ended up selling most of them off. I felt that they dwarfed all of the rest of my terrain and looked WAY out of place. Too bad to. I really did like the look of them.

sorry Richar
you took as an example a model out of production for years
our new crypts are these and do not exceed 12-13 cm. in height. and in proportion to 28-32 mm. miniatures As you can see below.
sorry
but do you not see the Rackham miniatures near the piece? this miniatures are in 28-32 mm.
We produce complex parts and realistic, ideal for miniature in scale 28.-32. but not as small as we are accustomed to seeing
those who buy our products has the feeling of living with their miniatures in the scenery
As you can see below.

Since the price includes VAT – would it be 20% cheaper if shipped to the USA? |

sorry, We sell direct to the public
Therefore to the Italian law, the tax we are forced to leave regards, Lorenzo |

sorry, We sell direct to the public
Therefore to the Italian law, the tax we are forced to leave Rubbish. You can only apply VAT to sales within the EU. |

I was very impressed and considered shelling out the 128 euros right away. Then the VAT issue. Forget it. May seem silly, but its principle. |
maniachouse | 02 May 2012 11:13 p.m. PST |
sorry Margard,I probably expressed myself badly
we are forced to add the VAT to private individuals. is the Italian law. regards, Lorenzo |

I was very impressed and considered shelling out the 128 euros right away. Then the VAT issue. Forget it. May seem silly, but its principle. It's like me paying extra State Tax in California when I visited, isn't it? What's the difference? it's not Lorenzo who keeps it, surely, it's his government

Italian VAT law must be different to UK VAT law. As far as I know (in the UK at least) inter EU sales are classed as VAT exempt in the country of sale and in the country of inport a surcharge is added equivalent to the local rate of VAT so that the input and output VAT works out in the importing country. Now I only deal with B2B purchasing so the rules may be different for sales to individuals
.or given the parlous state of Italian finances they may have changed the local rules to up their tax take. |

in Italy we have 2 systems for sale. a sales invoice to firms (with a VAT number), with the unbundling of VAT. a sale to the public with a tax receipt, where you can not eliminate the VAT. This is our system. regards, Lorenzo |
MajorB | 07 May 2012 10:31 a.m. PST |
a sale to the public with a tax receipt, where you can not eliminate the VAT.This is our system. In that case, I strongly advise anyone outside the EU not to buy from any Italian company!! Surely it is illegal to force a non-EU citizen to pay an EU tax? |
maniachouse | 08 May 2012 1:51 a.m. PST |
because do you think dear Margard, who we doing deep discounts on our products.? We have high taxes
and in addition to shipments that cost much more than any other state
us to send in the Italy and in EU we have to add VAT to 21%
(for shipping from Italy to rest of the world, the VAT to 21% is not added
) to lower the already high cost of shipping in UE, usually we take charge of VAT there. more than that we do not know what to do
regards, Lorenzo |
