This is a quite beautifull figure in 54mm about a Irish rebel which participated in the battle of Wexford.

Anybody had tried to made that Irish Army and wargame with them?

Very nice figure. If he turned up in 1809 he'd have been a bit though, the battle having been fought in 1798.

It's a very nice figure, but I don't know where he got the idea that the battle was in 1809. The Irish rebellion was in 1798 and the Battle of Vinegar Hill (21 June 1798), in County Wexford was the last major engagement of the rebellion. There was no "battle of Wexford" in the Irish Rebellion.

There was also possibly a second Battle of Vinegar Hill in 1804. Except that was in New South Wales!

Moral: Don't believe everything you read on the Internet!
