Question: I have a 28mm flag of the Rhode Island infantry (from Flag Dude, I believe) and the blue colouring is distinctly a lighter blue. The new link indicates a deeper, almost navy, blue. Which is correct?

Considering that any surviving silk fabric would have the blue so faded as to need a chemical analysis to determine that it was originally "blue", the correct shade is the bottle of blue that is closest, if you are hand painting your flags. grin
