The above is a link to our news/blog with some information on pirating of some of our sci-fi products in Spain.

Being the run-up to SALUTE hasn't helped, as this has been a massive time-sink for Jed who was/is looking in to it all, but at least some progress has now been made in uncovering the re-caster… and the destruction of at least some of the moulds that were being used to make the pirated items.

Lots of questions remain, not least about the involvement of certain parties mentioned in the article, once more though a bit thank-you to those Spanish customers who have been helping us out with this.

Hard enough to make a living without some jerks stealing your work. Go get 'em.

Jerks.

Shameful.

If you perform a Whois search, these are the Scale Planet domain owner data: link

Substantially consistent with those provided by the Spanish Office of Brands & Patents (OEPM, oepm.es): link

The email showing cut-up moulds at least suggests you have 'em rattled.

Keep at them mate!

Best of luck to you – and a "well done" to the customer who alerted you originally.

Kick the whotsits out of them by whatever method you can. Everyone else, tell all your friends: don't buy from these people (as in Jose Manuel Blanco Diaz of Guadalajara, Spain).

Antenociti: see you at Salute!

Glad to see you are on the way to resolving this issue.

Thanks for that extra Information Soldadets.

Keep at them mate!

Yes it appears that the support we have discovered is having an effect and we anticpate more progressive co-operation from Scenery Planet now.

They have stated that they will remove all of the images and videos of that scenery, no longer work with "the customer" and issue an online apology.

Hopefully we will see evidence of the other moulds being destroyed also.
