Remember that ST episode where Spock and McCoy are stranded on an Ice Age planet with a lonely girl? The episode was "All Our Yesterdays".

Well, now you can start populating your own Alien ice worlds with primitive intelligent and rugged primates, prepared to battle the elements and whatever else nature throws at them.

Who know, maybe some of them will have Vulcan blood running through their veins somehow! Wouldn't that be something. :)

What do you guys think? I, for one, am so excited!

Sorry Dan, not to burst your bubble, but these were already released sometime last year, I painted them in November 2011, but purchased them earlier in that year.

Have a look: link

(Sound of bubble bursting)

I don't understand how I could have missed such a thing! Wow.

Those post op pain pills must have done a number in me. The timing sounds about right. The surgeries were in August and November of 2011, with the last one in February 2012. I guess I wasn't really keeping up with events like I thought I was.

Caribe,

It's impossible for anyone to keep up with every product, much less those from smaller indie companies.

But hey, I have to call you out on the bait and switch! Showing us pics of a gorgeous Trek girl and then following up with these homely little guys.

Dan,
They would make a good enemy for Copplestone's Picts. The Picts are underdressed for the Ice Age, but maybe they are a southern species.

Wonder why those Copplestone figures are called Picts?

morrigan,
Copplestone's Picts are inspired by R.E. Howard's depiction of Picts in his 'Bran Mak Morn' stories combined with Frank Frazetta's cover art for the books:

Thanks for posting,

I don't understand how I could have missed such a thing! Wow.

Acheson creations has gotten a new web facelift. They are trying to get pictures for everything and as they do they will post as news. Most of their stuff in the past just went on the site without pictures or announcements.

LOL. I guess having pictures really gets your stuff noticed!

Just like this picture of those Copplestone "Picts" got my attention, when Eli first posted it on another thread:

I think I might paint those "Picts" a little bluish, like the ice king in "Fire and Ice" (1983):

But I may have to trim down the huge flints on those spears and clubs:
