I've managed to get some GZG Drones painted up in the usual scheme and have painted up a test mini (in quite a striking scheme!) from my CMG Recon Troopers. Come and have a look and tell me what you think

Really nice work there! May I ask how tall the RAL are? I am looking for some additional 'walkers' that might fit in with GZG 6mm ones (that will do double-duty for 2-3mm scale SF mechs). |

Good paint job, Samulus. Hmm. I have to agree with Tony – those grav ones would make nice Tau Light Drones. I also wonder if that larger walker might work for a 28mm human-sized bot… |

Thanks for the kind words, the paint scheme was very much inspired by the tau so its nice to see that it comes across. The larger robot is about 20mm so it'd be too small for 28mm I'm afraid. The RAL are 15mm exactly from head to foot. Not the chunkiest of figures. There's some comparison photos towards the end of the post with other 15s. |
