I placed and paid for an order with this website in November last year, which has never been fulfilled. I think the proprietor was Richard Holling.

Since then the website has disappeared, there is no answer to e-mail and they seem to have vanished.

Does anyone know what happened?

Great. So he knew he was winding down his business but still accepted payments for goods he had no intention of supplying.

Wow. He still accepted payment?

He was always a pretty honest guy whenever I had dealings with him. The e-mail address is probably no longer active. Try contacting him through the POW Yahoo group. I think he's a regular there.

@tin dictator

Thanks for your suggestion. It turns out he is the list owner for the Yahoo Group. I was able to contact him through the Group and it looks as though we are going to be able to work something out.

Many thanks for your assistance.

Hi
I closed my shopping system in 2010. Unfortunately there were a few pages with very old paypal carts on them. It was so much as I accepted the money as I recieved money. The email address associate with the paypal account is no longer in use so I didnt even know it had been sent.

I can be contacted on richholling@gmail.com.

As for Alln, working something out means if I can find the 2 books he wants from my old stock I'll send them on, otherwise he'll get a cheque in the post.

Still received nothing from Richard Holling in spite of promises. Now 5 months since i placed the order and counting!

Charles has recived one of the books and a refund for the other.

Last February I posted this to warn people I was no longer trading

TMP link

I shut the shopping system down in 2010 so no new orders could be placed and the home page of the website showed a maintenance message.

Charles found a very old webpage with a paypal payment link and chose to order a couple of books. No one else has ordered using those pages in 3 years.

Having waited 6 months, what difference is a few more days? I stopped trading because I don't have the time to full fill orders.

Most people would have raised a case with paypal and if Charles would have done this within their time limit he would have got a full refund months ago.

If anyone else feels I owe them money or goods please contact me richholling at gmail dot com
