It seems that Vexillia does the best figures, but there are others manufacturers also.
Could somebody tell me how is the size comparison of Venxillia and Old Glory 15mm and Freikorp.
Also, what do you think about quality of figures of manufacturers mentioned ?

Vexillia = very nice.
Freikop, smaller figures and I prefer their musket era and newer figures.
Have not seen Old Glory.

Rank and File are very nice. Should mix well with larger figures.
Mirliton makes some figures that are very nice. True 15mm that would mix well with either Freikorp or Essex.

I've got a load of comparison pictures of various ranges on my site here

Vexillia carry several different Renaissance ranges – the Mirliton ones are similar sized to the Essex "standard", but the Venexia figures I have seen for Louis XIV and the Ottomans are significantly closer to 18mm – so I suspect the Italian Wars ones will be too.

A pretty full manufacturers 15mm Renaissance listing can be found here link

The Italian Wars Venexia (sold by Vexillia in the UK) mix in well with Essex, although they tend to be not as "squat." Venexia Italian Wars line was made more or less to be compatible with Mirliton 15mm. Here is a picture (albeit crude) of: Roundway, Venexia, Gladiator, Jacobite, Falcon Figures (UK), Khurassan (Swiss Italian Wars Swiss), Mirliton, and Old Glory 15s:

I can confirm that the Venexia Italian Wars range is not the same size as the Ottomans and Louis XIV ranges.

The former are standard 15 mm figures and the latter are closer to 18 mm – bit.ly/eV5yIs

One more question:
What do youthink about OLd Glory 15mm quality.
Photos on their website look well, but whats the reality ?

I think OG 15s are good quality. I have had no problems with them at all as far as breakage or excessive flashing/mold lines.

Interesting Condottiere, looks like the Venexia and Khurrusan will mix best of them all.

Khurassan seem a bit more slight, but do mix well with Venexia in my opinion. THe OG are a tad bit larger than Venexia, but wouldn't be that out of place on the same game table.
