I believe you are conflating 2 half-tracks, the Citroën-Kégresse P17 and the Unic P107 (shown in photo). The former is done in 1/56 -- pretty close -- by Brigade Games/Company B: link Also, GasoLine might have exactly what you're after: link

Isn't the Unic using the Kegresse suspension and half track unit?
Or is it indeed unique?
