This topic has come up a few times on the board, but I don't recall if anyone had actually gotten around to repurposing these for 15mm. I made a couple tweaks to the kit to make it more human in appearance; I'll be using these to support my GZG UNSC infantry. Jeff 15mmstrife.blogspot.com

I've thought about using them for powersuits for GZG Crusties. Never thought to put them on Space Marine legs. -Eli |

Nice work. That is one really big cannon to fire at little people. A glancing hit would still rip a person into pieces. Jeff |

In the bleak dawn of 15 mm renaissance, some one used great painted old stealth suit as combat unit for IIRC Spugs.. With great effect, but i am unable to locate it now.. |

The improbable-sounding Tau/Astartes match up is barely noticeable in deed! Props! I could give a thought adopting this in my forces even if it would imply buying 'greed workshop' material once more
I'll seek some Tau suits and Space Marines on ebay! |

Guns a little gig for me but I like the suit! |

Yeah, the gun is huge. I didn't have anything to hand that would really fit the style for a conversion, though, so I rolled with it. :) |

I came here to suggest the legs would be unsuitable, but you seem to have taken care of that already! Nice idea, might pinch it. Edit: upon looking back at the stealth suit on my desk, it would appear the legs would be suitable – for some reason I thought they were fabric! Go figure. Nice conversion nonetheless. |

Nothing wrong with exposed fabric, really. That's just a dust-cover! (Watch Gasaraki, they add fabric dust-covers to all the exposed joints to keep the sand out) But man, who needs a 90mm gatling gun? |

Who doesn't need a 90mm Gatling gun?

I have actually repurposed these suckers as Titans for my 3mm / 1:600 sci-fi collection. Not a joke. They look killer. So you can literally use them for pretty much every scale in existence. |

There are lot of guns from various makers that would be an easy swap to replace the burst cannon these things come with. Another thing I'd do for sure is to put something on the base that gives the right sense of scale. Like a 1:100 scale stop sign lying on the ground, a dead body, On my 6mm mecha, I put 1:300 scale plastic cars I got off of eBay. Tells the brain instantly what size everything is. |

I recently bought one of the Star Wars Destroyer droids to use as Walkers for my 15mm Aliens. It makes a big lanky walker. |

You gave me and idea. I've got a box of these lying around. I'll put them on the GZG spider drone chasis and replace the gun with something more in line with 15mm. If it pans out I will post pictures. |

Nice, work, you could cut off the end off the barrels and replace them with smaller brass tubes to make a multi-barreled gun or milligun or just have them as multi-scatter lasers. |
