Here are some pictures of French line infantry which I've just finished. The castings are from Blue Moon, which I know many of you are interested in. They are wonderful sculpts.

I'm selling painted Blue Moon Napoleonics for $48 USD a battalion of 24, including the castings. You can have the French castings as French, Italian, Swiss etc. I also stock Austrians, British, Prussians and Russians.

Hi Neil
How much for a Battalion of 32 on 4 bases 40mm x 30mm (obviously 8 figures per base). Essentially a 'Lassale' small unit?
Cheers

Hi Scott

I normally won't be doing 32 man units. My ready painted 28mm figures were a disaster for all the extra figures I'm stuck with.

What I can do is make a list of the spare figures I'll have after making up all the 24 man units. That will be enough at least for some 32 man units.

The price would be ($2 x 32) for the figures & painting, then 4 x $0.75 USD for the bases.

Drop me an email to remind me about making that spares list. We have a lot of 24 man units to prepare at the moment!

Cheers,

Neil

Standard bearers, drummers, and sergeants mostly.

Chortle,
Have you considered 36 figure units for the Gen de Bde and Grand Manner gamers? How would that package configuration work with you excesses?

Neil, am I getting my wires crossed as I thought you were stopping RbyP?

But they look nice – only in U$ dollars or do you do a GB£ rate as well?

Chortle Fezian20 Mar 2012 6:10 p.m. PST

Paulie – Yes, make up 36 man units from my spares no problem. Intro offer $2 USD per figure including painting & the figure itself.

Marc – Convert to GBP at the prevailing rate.

I've ordered a load of "booster" figures from Blue Moon so that I can offer 32 man, and 36 man, units.

I've also ordered figures so I can make light infantry units for the British and French. I expect they will be here in a month or so.

Scott,

How many elites (grenadiers/Voltiguers) do you use in your 32 figure Lasalle units?

Chortle Fezian19 May 2012 8:48 a.m. PST

I can't speak for Scott, but I would use 4 voltigeur and 4 grenadiers. When I make 36s, then 6 voltigeur and 6 grenadier.

Thanks Neil. I still want to place an order for some French. How long before they would be ready? (32 man French Line 15/18mm Blue Moon)

Hi Guys
Sorry for the late reply.
I use anywhere from 4 of each to 6 of each.
So essentially what Neil said ;o)
If the unit was a 'Large' one, (6 bases not 4), I'd consider doing a base (8 figs) of each.
Cheers
