This might be old news but I have just noticed that there is a wargaming show on TV – Wargaming News – On the Table. It is on the Sky channel 201 Showcase today at 8.30pm, and seems to be on every day of the week, which might or might not be repeats. It is run by Beastsofwar.com, which suggests it might cover fantasy wargaming more than historical but it still might be worth a view. I'm always interesting in seeing how other periods are played and what they have available. |

Unfortunately, it's the temazepam of wargaming, and I've not lasted more than a few minutes into it. Could no doubt be brightened by the hiring of the thinking man's leather-swathed siren, Suzi Perry, as the presenter. |

Saw one when it first came out – interesting but noisy was my impression. |

Watching 'Beastofwar' can be fairly compared to falling asleep drunk under a desk in a primary school. Pat |

Key & Peele did a funny skit on roleplaying last week. :D |

yes a female presenter, to present RPG figures etc, would liven up the show somewhat! I do object to some of the "nose art" 40s style graphics that act as momentary distractions during the show. . . . Too much clothing! |
