Interesting concept, carried through nicely – I enjoyed it

CPT Jake05 Mar 2012 7:07 p.m. PST

I haven't seen it in years. Great movie, at least in my memory.

Little Big Wars05 Mar 2012 7:08 p.m. PST

Loved it… the animated series was also ahead of its time.

Rottcodd05 Mar 2012 7:08 p.m. PST

Loved it, but haven't seen it in years.

Really hate it! Anytime it is mentioned on TV my wife and I laugh and say "that sucked"!

platypus01au05 Mar 2012 7:30 p.m. PST

1) Great movie.

One of my younger daughters favorites. The "Day-O" scene is hilareous.

4 stars.

Cheers,

I've used the term "These things read like stereo instructions!" quite a few times when talking about user guides for applications or hardware…most of the time no one gets it….

Very good movie and I loved the animated series.

I enjoyed it. Geena Davis was in her prime and Alex Baldwin was pre-obnoxious.

Impressive! (& so is the movie).

I didn't think Betelgeuse gets that close to Uranus, but, umm, what happens in deep space stays in deep space.

Parmenion06 Mar 2012 3:11 a.m. PST

I recently saw it again for the first time in years, and I think my memory had been a little kinder to it than it deserved. Still a good movie though.

Liked it but have not seen it for a couple of decades. Suspect I would hate it now.

Altius06 Mar 2012 9:02 a.m. PST

Kinda liked it, but not my favorite. Maybe a 6 – 6.5. As a general rule, I can only take just so much of Tim Burton movies before I have to come up for air.

But Michael Keaton is hilarious in that one. He sort of balances out the negatives for me.

ZULUPAUL Supporting Member of TMP06 Mar 2012 9:51 a.m. PST

Never cared for the movie

Feet up now06 Mar 2012 10:45 a.m. PST

I thought it tasted awful ,had to swing a few whiskeys to get rid of the after taste.

The film is great and has a Voodoo feel to it.

ming3106 Mar 2012 1:07 p.m. PST

I liked it . It was different than other offerings of the time . Sucides worked as civil servants of the afterlife .

Ron W DuBray06 Mar 2012 1:34 p.m. PST

Fun movie.

How could you not love it! Fantastic movie slightly off the wall but never the less brilliant.

vtsaogames06 Mar 2012 7:37 p.m. PST

Enjoyed the film. Mr. Burton needs medication.
