Ive finally finished my conversion of SA6 Gainful – 2K12 Kub battery for Modern Spearhead.
They are made from Oddział Ósmy Shilkas.

I imagine that was rather fiddly work in 1/600th scale.

I wish someone would produce some SAMs in this scale, but it appears not to be, despite years of promises.

You are braver man then me, I tried converting them as well but gave up as the metal is just so damn hard and the models so small. Well done on that conversion.

Its not that difficult but you need dremel or some similar tool and vice (because it gets very hot)if you have to remove turret or some other part integrated onto model.

Mobile bridges made from T55 AW turretless vehicles are really simple !

They do look great and like Mako said there has been a demand for some for years. I wonder if they can be done with 3D Printing. Robert
