Artbraune, I'll be there friday afternoon early evening. I'm still waiting to find out which room it'll be in, should have the table for about 4 hours, possibly longer. Here's a basic pair of scenarios based on the Boobytrap Episode where the Zentraedi first atatck. The rough draft is downloadable here: link |

I've got my fingers crossed yoru minis get produced mech dude. You've done a fantastic job and growing up on Robotech and being a mech junkie, I've always wanted to see a minis game based on the setting. |

I got my confirmation for Adepticon, I have three events schedualed. 6-10pm thurs, fri, & sat. The table will be in jr ball room. (the thursday event might end up relocated to the main ball room) I started a quick conversion for a scout model, this will be just for the event. The proper model will need a lot of extra detail work on the face before being re-cast which I don't have time for before the convention, particuarly if I want to get it painted. The sensor array will also need to be completely reworked but for now a quick and dirty build will be fine.
This is about half way done, I need to let the epoxy sculpt and glue set before I can finish it as it's soft and squishy right now.

If it's the guy in Australia a lot of his stuff is recasts of the dark horse versions as well as one of the 1/260 scale fighters which were by Yamato or Bandai. He's also started doing a re-cast spartan that was originally modelled by Justicar. He's made a habit of recasting other people's sculpts and claims they are his own which is why he was kicked off the camo specs site. I'd seen his stuff a while ago and the casting quality was pretty poor, which is why I wanted my own versions. |

it would not be the first time in Robotech land that someone directly copied something someone else had worked hard on and turned around and tried to sell it for profit. |

I would definitely be down with a micro-scale Robotech/Macross game. I've always felt that mecha games often try to make their machines too big and that makes it hard to run some of the bigger fights. -Eli |
