But, those are Mongol dogs? I guess they looks like the old roman dogs. Did the mongols used dogs for hunting or war?

Mongols certainly use dogs for hunting and guarding camps. In fact, a standard greeting on approaching a camp is "Hold the dogs". I don't have any specific knowledge about their use in war, although since Mongol tactics basically evolved from hunting techniques, I can well imagine they did. (Hmmm, interesting research topic…)

The figures look like the Mongolian breed 'Bankhar'. For info with pictures see: link

Don't know the manufacturer, but the scale is 54mm.
