Last year saw the Rheindahlen Wargames Club announce that their convention 'ACTION' was to be ran for the last time. The announced closure of the Rheindahlen Military Complex in the near future means that there will be no venue to use. However, as with most things, circumstances change and the RWC now find themselves in the position to be able to run a convention for one more time. As last years show was the last ever ACTION, this years show is to be named RE-ACTION. For those who have attended before the format remains the same. For those who have not attended we game from Friday lunchtime to early Sunday afternoon and do not close in between. If you want to game into the night, enjoy a few beers, or anything else for that matter, that is your choice. Full details can be found on the club website:

Good luck with the show. I've been to a few and enjoyed every one. It really is a different sort of show, and if you haven't been yet do try and get along. You really won't regret it. Really decent bunch of chaps and genuinely hospitable. The local gamers supported Rheindalen gaming as well as the Rheindalen players, and the loss of your facilities will be missed. Thanks for some great times in the past, and I hope somehow somewhere the Rheindalen spirit will arise again – Phoenix Re-Action perhaps?? |
