I have a PT-76 on order from Skytrex and a Trumpeter T-54 in my "to build" pile which means I'm eventually going to need some paint.

One website I found (forgot where already) said Vietnamese tanks were painted "Khaki Green". However, this picture:

looks like it's painted standard Russian green. Monuments aren't necessarily painted as the vehicle was when active of course.

Can anyone offer insight?

I really doubt the NVA repainted them, so probably just standard Russian green camo, like above.

Dust and dirt would change the overall look significantly, over time.

Of course, I have been known to be wrong, with guesses, so you might want to wait for a more definitive answer, should one be forthcoming, that changes the above.

IIRC Russian Green is correct.

I built a 1/35 model of a T-34/76 M1968 in NVA markings, and Soviet Green it was…

Damon.

That looks about like the video I saw of a NVA tank busting down the gate of the Presidential Palace in Saigon.
