Very nice!!

For the Motherland!!!

Nice work!

Strangely, though, I see the 1st, 4th, and 6th pictures as being compressed horizontally, so that they appear narrower than they should be.

Strange… that is all of the images with a caption?

I am having weird CSS issues with the site, which is a real bummer. I'm having a very dificult time with formatting on some people's browsers! And the most frustrating part is it looks fine in all 3 of mine (Safari, Chrome, Firefox)!

I went back to check what you mentioned and, yes, they are all images with a caption. Now that you mention it, the 7th picture is a bit narrow, too.

For whatever reason, in IE8 as installed and run on my PC, each picture with a caption is narrowed to the length of the caption. Longer captions yield wider pictures!

ahhh okay, looks like when Blogger adds a caption it creates a table for the image and caption, and doesn't specify a width for the table. IE8 must not default to the size of the image, but rather the size of the text, wheras the browsers I am using defaults to the size of the image. Gonna make some edits if you wouldn't mind having a look again and telling me if it worked!

On my PC the 1st image with a caption is compressed the rest, caption or not look fine.

Skeptic12 Feb 2012 8:28 a.m. PST

All but the 1st are fine, now.

They look good – what static grass do you use as the ones I've tried so far look too artificial?

If you have command group extras and you assign them to other platoons/soviet companies, do you have to attach the whole attachment or can you split? I'm thinking of a platoon of 3 AA guns on trucks. Do I have to give them all to one infantry block or can I spread them out.

Kad- I use the GF9 standard flock with the silflor tufts (swamp and jungle I think)

In V3 attachments work like this:
*You MUST assign infantry teams
*You MAY assign gun teams
*You MAY NOT assigned tank teams.

Any teams not assigned become a new platoon under the 2iC.

So the AA trucks in the HQ section would be lead by the 2iC. In the new book Red Bear, they've been pulled into their own unit.
