Thanks Guys-

I have to admit it is more craft than art. I have figured out a method that works well, and allows speed (a fundamental requirement for me) while making it look as if every bit of lace and button is laboured over.

It would not work on figures with less detail very well, I'm sure. The look from a few inches away and closer is very gratifying.

I am a convert to a gloss finish for 6mm. On the tabletop it pops better from a few feet away and the impression is no less 'authentic' really, and one does see more detail.

I really think you need to put some effort in mister. There's at least 2 buttons missing off that lot :)
