Is anyone else having problems either leaving or replying to comments on Blogger?
On a few blogs I've tried to leave a comment {and on my own} I have a message saying 'Comment as:' and there is a small drop down box next to it which won't drop down!
Any ideas anyone? link |

I have found in the past that signing out and then back in helps.
When you do sign back in do NOT check the stay signed in box, that seems to work.
It means you have to sign in every time you want to comment but it fixed it for me a while back. |

I have had comments on my blog that I have asked Blogger to publish … and then they disappeared without trace. I have also had problems trying to use Blogger with Internet Explorer, with the latter not allowing me to reply to comments. |

For anyone else having this problem; Blogger are aware but doing  all to fix it so I'd advise anyone not already doing so to switch to the pop-up comment box setting as that seems to be working fine. |

I think it has to do with the verification field (the one with the random "word"). That always fails me when I try to comment using my wordpress acount. My Blogger acount does not always workneither, but Google does. The only blog where I do not have these kinds of Problems is the Angry Lurker and he has the verification fieldmswitched off. I´ve noticed it but it is only on a few blogs,as Michael has said, logging off and back in sorts it.
Another problem seems to be with the blog roll, it refuses to add any more blogs, is there a limit on how many can be added?

With the blogroll problem, you have to delete the thing and then add all the blogs you want to follow again, it's a bit of a pain in the butt, but it works!! |

Some new blogs I follow 'catch' well, some disappear from the list within the minute.
I simply bookmarked the few blogs I can't add and check them individually. More annoying, I can't edit the list of links: editing done (on Firefox and Safari: can't even be done on Chrome), when I click on the 'save' button 'saving' indeed appears but the window is definitively frozen. |
