Only if Brian Blessed is wearing the Zardoz outfit. |

Do we have to pick one? Why can't we use both? |

I had managed to forget that the Blessed Brian had that embarrassing role in his career. It is arguably worse than Connery's Zardoz departure. The Blessed Brian also did a Dr Who episode where he played a cosmic Samurai character; that was pretty silly looking

This is Utter Drivel, right? There should be a penalty for spewing forth Utter Drivel NOT on the UD board; and there should be no cross-posting capability from the UD board

Come on
It was the 70s, everything was possible, and so everything had to be at least tried. Besides, without Zardoz, Adult Diapers wouldn't be fashionable today. |

I think it was in one of the Dr. Who DVDs, probably the one with the Cosmic Samurai, there was an interview with Brian Blessed where he met the Queen and she said that she enjoyed his performance as Vultan and that she would watch Flash Gordon with the grandchildren. "Gordon's Alive?" was one of their favorite lines. |

Brian Blessed isn't exactly fat there. Besides, Brian Blessed is cool enough to have his own page on TV Tropes (emphasizing that he is an ENORMOUS HAM!) link |

I liked Brian Blessed in 'I, Clauduis'. Use those pictures. Or 'Henry V' when he delivered the Kings' message. |

Any one who can do Shakespeare can do what ever he wants. He was rather blood thirsty looking in Henry V in all that armor. |

No. Don't replace Zardoz with Brian Blessed. Blessed was cool, Connery was desperate. Exchanging James Bond for Zardoz is a statement. I don't know exactly what, but it's a statement. |

A fat man wearing those shorts should not be grinning like that. Brina Blessed ALWAYS grins like that. I could imagine him doing that while having his toe nails pulled out with red hot tongs. |

If you have to replace Zardoz (why would you want to do that?) then consider
