The new Dr Who Adventures comic is out
.with 8 silence and 8 silurians. They're a bit taller than usual – the silurians about 30mm, and the Silence pushing 35mm. The silence are quite a static standing pose, whilst the Silurians are advancing at a walk with a power weapon held horizontally in front of them. Pretty nice sculpts – 16 figures for £2.50 GBP, I got two packs ! Could be time to brave the snow again ! |

Thanks for the heads up. I will try Ebay. I live in the States, and always miss out on these great finds. Doctor Who adventures has had a ton of cool minis attached to it in the last year
.'sigh'. |

Hey Thieses, send me your address and I'll send a copy over as long as you cover the costs by paypal etc. I've done it for a few people on LAF. dave 'dot' sabs 'at' ntlworld.com |

Took a look at these at my local supermarket today. IMHO these are very poor. The Silurians are nearly as tall as the Silence (about 30mm) and have virtually no detail. I was reasonably pleased with their previous figures – Daleks, Cybermen and Weeping Angels, but I'll pass on these. |

I didn't think a lot of these sculpts either. I've seen better models of things in christmas crackers |

I think they have a bit more detail than you may think – the day-glo yellow plastic on the Silurians doesn't help, but when you have them out of the package it's a bit easier to see. Good enough for me anyway. |
