Not sure which Warhammer army would use them, other than Dark Elves. These are for the companion game to Warmachine.

I don't see much "easy" cross-over from Hordes to Warhammer Fantasy. Other than the human-type figures, which could be used for wizards and such, most of the beasties and other troop types would be a big leap of substitution.

The Circle Orboros faction has many human-type figures, many females in fact, and they could pass for anything wood elf, but you would probably need to do something about their weapons.

But the beasts have no easy match-ups. If you are talking "substitution" and you are playing with a friend and those are your only figures, then sure. anything can be anything else. But otherwise, I don't think very many figures can be easily ported from Hordes to Warhammer.
