Very nice! Is that your painting table under the window? |

Cool! That's a pretty huge world map on the wall. I like it. It's always great to have a dedicated gaming space. |

Way too tidy. Makes my place look like it should be featured on the Horders tv show. |

It's sexy and it knows it. |
| redbanner4145 | 08 Feb 2012 7:02 p.m. PST |
Yes, way too tidy and too well lit. Doesn't look anything like my game room. |
| corporalpat | 08 Feb 2012 7:04 p.m. PST |
Too clean, too neat! Nice, tight, organized space. But then, my game room includes a large workshop area which is always buried in projects (read mess here!). |

Mhhhaaaaaa, you have exposed your map of world domination to us. Now, we can craft our own dastardly moves to counter your moves. Why do you have a circle around Jersey? Is there a secret passage behind the book case? |
| Redcurrant | 09 Feb 2012 3:22 a.m. PST |
Very nice, but where do the figures live? |
| getback | 09 Feb 2012 6:16 a.m. PST |
Figures live in the cupboards behind where I took the picture from. |

OCD warning.. lol.. Only because I am jelous..;) Looks great. Have the same tables my self, but not the dedicated room. But then mostly I play at our club. Which has a bar.. ;) |

Very nice. It appears I will be upgrading soon, out of the furnace room into my daughters old bedroom. Carpeting and walls to hang maps and paintings on. |

I've been thinking about redoing my game room. Taking some of the action figures off the walls and adding more storage, etc. |

I feel sorry for the books that were deemed worthy enough to be used as prop for your space heater! :P |

Thanks getback. Ive just spent half an hour on the Ikea website, which is as user friendly a freshly cornered Rottweiler! Can you recall the name of the units please???!! Would it be Expedit? Or perhaps Besta? Thanks in advance. Are you finding the tables good enough nto get a level surface? |
| 1815Guy | 11 Feb 2012 11:21 a.m. PST |
OK, found em! Besta units with white door option! So just the table levels

Great space Getback – green with envy!! I'm thinking of converting my single garage as well but was worried it might be too narrow. Three questions if it's not too rude:- 1. How wide is your garage? 2. What was the cos? 3. Was any planning permission needed? Thanks Don |

Don 1 12 foot 9 x 33 foot 20x6 table 2 £4,500.00 GBP (1977) plus gas & electric 3 UK only building approval |

£4,500.00 GBP GBP (1977) expect £20.00 GBPK+ these days :-( |

Depends where you are surfer. A mate has just extended his garage to make a double length tandem, with the back half a separate games room with its own entrance, glazing, heating etc. £4,500.00 GBP for the building work, including foundations and flat roof, another £1,500.00 GBP to fit it out and decorate. |
