According to the Rebel Mini's page the Son's of Thunder are 10mm to the eye. I want to see how they look next to Heavy Gear minis. I am thinking of building a SoT force using HG Utopian drones as power armor/ultra-light vehicles and the Armiger's as walker vehicles. They should be close as HG infantry is 10mm.

My only worry is that DP9 stuff is expensive for the scale, and I don't want to spend a bunch of money only to find that the scale is too far off.

Funny, I've been thinking of doing the exact same thing. The Armigers in particular seem to mesh very well, stylistically, with the idea of space dwarves to me.

Also, for what it's worth, HG infantry is 12mm, not 10mm.
