OK, who else makes them? I've seen the 20mm Metal zombies by Elheim and the plastic ones by Twilight Creations. I really want to downsize my zombie games from 28mm to 20mm, so that I can use my other '20mm modern' stuff with them. (The 28mm terrain just takes up too much room) The Zombie games are the only modern game I play at a 28mm scale/size. dglennjr gamerarchitect.blogspot.com |

I accumulated a few, "Bag-O-Zombies," (men, women & dogs) associated with the Twilight Creations, "Zombies!!" game. Yea, all the subject matter are the same pose, but dirt cheap and for the men, I split them into sets of 25 and painted the sets alternating blue jeans, khakis, brown and black pants & mixed up the shirt colors. You can do the same with dog colors & dress colors/patterns, good enough for rabble! They come cast a little high for 1/72 soft plastic, but this can be adjusted by rebasing if that's your thing. You just cannot beat the price at that scale though! |

You can always dip the Zombies! in boiling water and repose them. They are easy to convert. Swap heads and arms with other 1/72 figs. |

I've started to convert some of the Twilight Creations male Zombies into different poses, and also plan to vary the colors so that I can have numerous of the same pose. (Variations include: (1) Cut off the raised left arm and then repositioned down on leg, (2) cut off part of the left arm and cut a hole in the right hand so that the right hand is holding the left arm stub, (3) add some green stuff or tissue dipped in pva to create some shredded clothing, trenchcoats and etc., and plan on inserting a scale 2x4, street sign, axe, metal pipe, and etc. into the chest hole for variation.) I'll post some pics on my blog eventually. I'll have to try the heat and repose method next. (I do have 100 to play with.) Next up is the bag 'o women to modify. However, I'm still looking for other 20mm or 1/72 scale metal or plastic zombies? David G. gamerarchitect.blogspot.com |

Elheim makes 20mm zombies in metal. My personal preference is to take Preiser's 1/72 civillians and turn them into zombies. Preiser is a model railroad figure manufacturer, but they do a small amount of 1/72 too. |
