How many of you have a figure of yourself in any scale?
I hove one of me in 54mm as I looked in Nam. Younger, less gray, and more dashing.

Just one, at 1:1 scale.

I've done personal figures, but as most were closed helm knights, I've never been sure just how close the resemblance is.

All of my personal commanders are chosen and painted to look like me. Some are much more accurate due to girth than others but all my personal commander figures are white haired and white mustachioed. A friend even customized and painted one as a Christmas gift this year.

Need more lead!

Plynkes07 Feb 2012 3:51 p.m. PST

The officially-sanctioned (by me) Plynkes figure is available from Lead Adventure Miniatures or Cool Mini or Not.

Hurry, though. Cool Mini or Not only have three left in stock!

I have an Austrian general that I like to imagine I might have looked like (with a white coat and a wig)

Christmas last year my Bleeped text kids got me a personalized bobble-head doll that looks scarily like me

Yes, I'm told that it's a good likeness.

I did this and it came out pretty close

I'm currently painting up 4 Hasslefree Scifi figures to represent each member of my immediate family, including myself. I am using their Grymn as 28mm kids.

So far I am happy, but I do wonder whether I should have gone for closed visor figures in order to avoid any distress that my painting interpretation causes my wife or kids!
