Hi, I was searching the web for some rules on weather conditions and found out that the Citadel Journal issue #1 had an article about it for WFB 4th edition on p. 22-25. Sadly enough, I don't own this particular journal issue. If someone does, would you be willing to scan this article for me? It would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards,
