I am looking to buy some 25/28mm Seleucid Cataphracts preferably similar to the illustration on page 36 of the latest copy of Ancient Warfare. Any suggestions? |

How annoying that you can't edit the thread title! |

There are some soon to be released from Relic miniatures. They look pretty sweet. link |

You can either go with some Gripping Beast (which are nice) or personally I would wait until Aventine Miniatures do them – these will definitely be head and shoulders above the rest for quality. Raglan |

The first company that makes plastic cataphracts will sell a lot of them. A Parthian army is a little out of my price range in metal. |

I don't mind the price as much as the weight myself. |

I've checked the picture in Ancient Warfare. There are a few that look almost the same, except for the leg protection. I've never seen any models like that. It is also the first time I see that kind of leg protection in a picture. Anyway, you might want to check 1st Corps and/or Old Glory. I have both, and they both look very good for their price. |

Navigator (now owned by Magister Militum) do Seleucid cataphracts with that transverse crest on the horses; I have a unit. Their unit packs (12 figures) are pretty reasonably priced. |
