Bit of a simple question and this infomation is probably already scattered all over the boards but cant see it in one place. Am gonig to start doing WW2 in 20mm but am completely new to the scale and finding the manufacturers is a bit hit and miss. Have found a few but am worried that I have missed some. Could people tell me what companies produce for the scale – am starting early war but aim to cover most eras – including Burma / Pacific. Any comments on relative quality would also be appreciated. Join The Guild
guildwargamers.com Not only do we have thousands of images of 20mm WW2 but we also extensive lists of 'Living Catalogues' and availability lists in the members area. These cover a particular army, and then list all ranges available along with the actual figure list from the manufacturer. We also have a number of makers active on the forum too. Failing that try googling these

Nothing shows the quality better than pictures
and there are thousands on there. |

Does anybody know where I could see decent pictures of FAA figures? They have none on their site. |

Also, does anybody know how many figures are in a pack from FAA? They don't say that (or prices in many cases) on their site. Bad form, that! |

nazrat, check out the Guild! Generally speaking the figures are very good and incredibly easy to paint (exaggerated folds and details, as per Britannia), especially those done by the late, great Paul Barnshaw (BEF, Dutch, Norwegian, Greeks and Chindits come to mind). |

Durrati, No FAA stockist in the UK/Europe area
and not for want of trying. I know one guy has tried to import them but to no avail so far. If you like the FAA 'style' try Combat Miniatures from Stonewall. Failing that, Battlefield kinda look similar
But if its Early War where you are starting you will find most things available from Early War Miniatures, SHQ, Blitz Miniatures and Kellys Heroes. Worth posting on The Guild (saw you joined) with what you are looking for and people there may be able to offer pics of items too. Piers |

Reviresco does a number of 1/72 scale Early War French AFVs and softskins: tin-soldier.com They also make a spiffy M1897 75mm gun and limber in addition to multiple versions of the Laffly S20TL troop carrier (two body styles), a cargo variant, and the radio van variant, the FCM 36, Char B1, and Char B1bis.
RAFM Miniatures makes excellent 20mm scale R-35/39, H-38/39, Panhard P178, and a Lorraine Chennilette APC with armoured personnel trailer as well: rafm.com Hope this helps!
