I just purchased the Old Glory 15mm boxed set of Rorkes Drift. It certainly got me excited to do a LOT of painting. You can read my review here: link

Overall, I consider it a great value for the money, of pretty good quality, too.

Looks a great package, cheers for sharing.

I had toyed with the idea of investing in my own but got bitten by the 6mm bug.
Still, now I've seen your pics of the buildings, I may have to.

They didn't have a "Rorkes Drift" pack when I did mine, but most of my figures for the battle are Old Glory 15s and I love them. They also didn't have the buildings back then so I used Hovel which are great buildings, but the Old Glory stuff looks wonderful. You can see mine at link

Very Nice both the OG set and the pics from War in 15mm.

Here are some pics of my Isandlawana setup… we should do a 2 day event and cover both battles.

I have been kicking around the idea of investing in that set. Debating between it and 28mm to satisfy my Zulu bug. I'm with you, however, in that I'd never be able to find the time for 28mm. Out of curiosity, how are the rules that it comes with?
Thanks!
Matt

I gave the rules a cursory glance when I opened the package and tossed them aside. On second glance, they were worth a second glance. The rules assume that the players will all be playing British defenders, with die rolls determining the direction and strength of each Zulu assault. The mechanics are simple but they catch each dramatic bit that one would expect to find after watching the movie (digging holes in the hospital walls, building the final redoubt, having surgeon Reynolds patch up wounded soldiers, and the like).

That's great. Thanks!

Rorkes Drift is ready and painted. I have 160 Zulus and 50 Brits ready to go. All in just five week! I love 15mm. Anyhow, I posted pictures of the buildings at:
