If you get a Dark Eldar Talos you can probably use the parts that you don't use for that or the Chronos to convert a bunch of plastic ghouls into wracks. For the Grotesques I bet you could do the same thing with the new plastic giant ghoul/varghast figs that GW just released.

It might be a couple of those kits to get the parts but if I was thinking about getting one of each kind for my DE army anyway.

If you scavenge in parts from the DE warriors or wyches you should be able to get a reasonable looking set of guys together.

I was thinking of using some of the bigger creatures from the Scorpion army from the plastic Confrontation game. Plus they are ALOT cheaper.

Ive seen great Grotesques made from Island of Blood rat ogres.
