I would welcome suggestions for suitable proxies for the modern day Doctor Who Silurians. I know Black Tree Design do Silurians for the classic series but they have little resemblance to the newer "design". |

They're a little big for the scale, but since perhaps they are descendents of dinos, that would make sense. There are some other Trandoshians in the CMG range as well, making them good candidates. |

I don't know much about the Dr, but based on the folks who just posted, Badger games has a line of great not-Space-Slaan lizards with guns. IIRC the line is quite extensive. I had a price list but lost it. My friend and I each got one at the paint-and-take at the Little Wars convention. Here's one my frind painted up.
Problem is that Badger games (formerly Pontoonier Miniatures?) doesn't have a web presence and only seems to come to shows.

I agree, the SWM Trandoshans would probably be the best fit I can think of. If you can find them, maybe the Mongoose Narn Warriors from Babylon 5 RPG.
