Nice report and fantastically large game with beautiful figures. I didn't see any artillery on the table – will you guys include that next time? Might be neat to shoot arty at squares. Best, Dean |

Nice looking game, thanks for the report. Your battalions seem to have a lot of figures, is each representing a battalion, regiment or brigade? |

Thanks guys. Dean, artillery was very much in evidence, my photography is lacking, not our Orbats! In fact the Russians deployed their battery en masse, good to see! Our Battalions vary between 32-36 figures, indeed representing an actual battalion on a scale of 1:20. But in order to do Borodino in grand style, we will be conflating the Division/Brigade level of Command. Each Infantry or Cavalry division will be represented by only 3-4 Battalions or Regiments, in effect, in BP terms, a Brigade
What you see in the photo above is actually such a Bde/Div of 3 Infantry Bns in line one behind the other in Div Column, as practiced by the French at Waterloo. |

A thoroughly enjoying game! Thanks for refereeing sparker! |

Thanks for the explanation Sparker. To do Borodino on a battalion level with that size of battalions would be massive! Beyond what our group could do. Our battalions are 12 figures each which allows us to field more of them. Please post more reports when you can. Cheers! |

Great report
.I am currently working on some units of Russians and your pictures are motivating. The game looks like it was a lot of fun. |
