Hi,

Is it possible to the the roses on the soldiers (28 mm) tunics as transfers/decals somewhere?

There is virtually no evidence for the use of roses to identify the Yorkist or Lancastrian factions in the WOTR. Indeed, the very name "Wars of the Roses" was coined by 19th century historians. In the 15th century the series of conflicts were referred to as the "Cousins' Wars".

Short answer to your question – don't bother.
However, you might find suitable decals for the various badges such as Richard III's white boar, the Stafford knot or Warwick's ragged staff, though I cannot recall having seen any.
