Hi, I received a damaged package of 28-mm FPW French and Prussian Cuirassier last month from the UK. Most of the figures were there. But I am missing a French Cuirassier Officer and an arm for the French Cuirassier Trumpeter. I've emailed Wargames Foundry several times this past week. Alas, I haven't heard anything back. I'm tired of trying to contact them. I don't know if they do anything to replace the items I've lost (other whether, I'll be forced to just absorb the cost of the figures by ordering another pack of French Cuirassier command). I know the figures weren't insured and the damage is the USPS's fault. But this is disconcerting. I spent a lot of money on their FPW cavalry. And this is the first time I've had problems with packages being shipped from the UK to the States across the pond. Anyway, I wanted to add more onto my FPW project. I'm just going to keep everything at an infantry brigade aside and worry about working up to a division later. I think Foundry is getting rid (or shelving) their FPW ranges anyway. That would be my luck

Blake, It has been some time since I bought anything, period, but Bernard at Foundry always took good care of me. Unless things have changed, you should write them a letter and let them know. They will probably take care of it, unless you just purchased the last pack. Wasn't there a one-armed trumpeter named Pierre at some FPW battle? Good Luck! Craig |

Blake, Bernard has left, I assume you are in the US or you would have phoned them. I am sure If you rang them speak to Matt he will sort this out for you. I cannot say how well they manage e mails. If you feel the cost of call not worth it I suggest as above a short letter, you would of course expect them to answer e mails. All the best, Mark. |

Phone them. I did an order recently, got some German WW2 motorcyclists instead of WW2 British Home guard cyclists. They corrected the mistake immediately. (Now all I have to do is work out how German Motorcyclists can be shoe-horned into my AVBCW armies/scenarios !) I've been ordering from them for 10 years and this is the standard of service received throughout this time. |

Always had very good service from WF. Any problems and I'd call them. |

The times I have ordered (only when there is 20% + sale re the high cost) the service has been good
fast delivery and the orders were always complete. |

I recently bouht a few things in the last sale. Was missing two command figures from one of the regiments. Emailed them and they sent a standard pack of 8 figures that contained the missing 2. Did take quite a bit longer to get that to me thought than the original order which was super quick. |

I have found their email communication totally lacking. However they have taken care of me. I emailed them several times about a problem without ever hearing back. Then all of a sudden I recieved a package in the mail making my order right. Kind of strange. |

Got an email this morning. They said they would send out replacement pack for the pack missing. At least Foundry responded to my email. Blake |
