Irrational Number Line Games Idea of the Week this week is a towfer. First, a quick tutoial on building some nice modular ruins, then a simple idea to take your favourite combat system and run an Atlantis Sinking game with them!
So grab your water wings and come on

We'll be needing frogmen and frogwomen minis – the kind with diving masks, and air tanks, or rebreathers on them, wearing fins, in swimming poses. Spearguns and other weapons will probably be useful as well. |

Thanks, all. Last night I talked to a guy about transitioning younger (10-12) kids into more tabletop and less board gaming. If he did the spraypaint priming himself, this would be a nice intro craft for them. It kind covers all the basic skills. I found it refreshing for me to be able to do a little "drill and repeat" on the basics, too. As well as Atlantis sinking, the rules would also work for a high mountain ruin crumbling, or an asteroid disintegrating, and maybe even a fire (chemical spill, lava
) engulfing an area. |
