Figures wise, sure you already know about Germys' stuff available from GZG, and honourable mention should go to the 2mm line from Irregular Miniatures (the sculpts are on the large size, so scale well alongside the Germy stuff: link irregularminiatures.co.uk My own mash-ups of 'Small Scale Sci-Fi' 2/3/6mm can be see at my Blog here: link |

I have some minis on Shapeways in a 2mm to 3mm-ish scale. They actually aren't scale-specific, but the bases they are on are 12mm across, if that helps give you a sense for their size. I have tracked and GEV forces ready, plus air support, and am working on some wheeled and grav units. GEV's:
