Hello all,
As the title, does anyone make barrage/observation balloons in 1/72?
May be a bit of a long shot, vac-form maybe?
Thanks for any help.

John

If you're willing to deal with vacuform, consider gluing fins on a 2 liter soda bottle.

There is a 1/87 balloon made by the German model train company Faller. You might be able to modify to suit.

The Faller balloon is a modern recreational hot-air balloon. You'd have to put so much effort into modifying it, you'd be better off just scratch-building in the first place.

Here's a pic by pic of how I built four balloons:

Hope you enjoy them.

Probably need the whole room to play if it was a zeppelin in 1/72.

But of course, and we've done that; but it's the running fight that takes a whole room and more, not the Zep!… TMP link (my word, was it that long ago?)

What did you use for the ends? It looks like a plastic egg from s craft store. Is that correct?
