I have posted a how-to article on my blog for making this Stargate-like Mystic Portal from a Happy Feet 2 movie Happy Meal Toy.

I figure it will make a great terrain piece or objective for a number of Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Pulp, or VSF scenarios.

Stick a black and white photo behind some of the pillow stuffing, and you have a pretty good Guardian of Forever from ST:TOS.

Great set-up. You will need a camel ambling out of the portal with three humps.

The big question is, do the "Sons of the Desert" take their chances passing through the portal or not.

Ah! The die is still spinning on its edge.
