I finally was able to get a look at the Red Bear book and I noticed that it said that it was a compilation of the River of Heroes, Stalin's Onslaught, Stalin's Europe and Hammer and Sickle soft back books. I understand that to mean that if I get Red Bear, I should have everything out of those other books, and all I'd be missing are scenarios and fluff, right? Wyatt |

Yeah you get everything from those books PLUS a ton of PDFs and a handful of brand new lists (German Hetzers, Soviet HMG Position, etc) |

Also, the troops are re-costed with the new values, is 3.0-ready, and includes those new rules. Dale |

"Not buying any more books till after V.3 rules come out." I went ahead and bought Red Bear and Grey Wolf as they said they would be fully compliant with V3, but otherwise I'm making the same call here. And if I get screwed over and sometime in the next year or so all of a sudden I've got to buy some NEW Late War East Front tomes at $50 USD bucks apiece, that's it I'm done buying books from Battlefront and I'm sticking to easyarmy.com for FoW lists. Their potential sales future is in their hands. : ) |

I probably won't be buying them at all. |

I never bought the originals, not feeling the need to buy 4 books that IU knew would be outdated soon. If I can figure out a cheap way to get Red Bear, I might bite. |
