Is there such a thing? I am looking for 15mm armed civilians in short sleeved shirts and suits.

Just off the top of my head, I don't believe there are any at this time. That's a great idea, though, and one that should be addressed by manufacturers.

I used a mix of Peter Pig French Resistance, and some from the AK 47 range Militia with bolt action rifles

Exactly like those Mark.

PP and BF produce a range of Resistance figures that are well suited to a countryside scenario but lack the seasonal variety of attire that may be found in an urban militia/ mob; eg bare heads, variety of blue collar and white collar attire, short sleeved shirts, armed females (that don't resemble men in drag), improvised and assorted weaponry.

So far I've turned up nothing that fits the bill

Those Battlefront monstrosities arent even worthy of an LS Lowry painting. The Pig are very French. One or two could be use as International Brigaders and the like.

Peter Pig's SCW militia come in shirt sleeves, I have added RCW Red Guards in civilian jackets and hats and 2 of the 3 figures from the Volksturm pack. Bare heads and assorted hats can be had from the odds and heads range. As above I have AK47 bare chested militia with bolt action rifles and the US marines in vests as well- a bit of snipping off of excess military kit and a new head and away you go.

After saying this a brief look at the SCW range will show that many of the packs are getting redone with much greater variety. I think the Militia will be along sometime.

Don't forget that Peter Pig have separate heads in their range so that you can customise away. Eureka have a few Russian partisans in their 15mm WWII range, very nice they are too.
