"Excellent customer service from Rebel Minis" Topic

Just wanted to chime in and give Mike props. I placed my first order with Rebel Minis during this year's Christmas sale, picking up some Sahadeen infantry, the weapon teams, and a couple of the armored flatbeds. The package arrived very quickly and everything was great except for the fact that the Sahadeen infantry set was missing.

It wasn't a big deal as I know how busy things can get with the Holidays and I bet Mike had many many orders to fulfill with the Holiday sale. I shot Mike an email and he apologized and promised to send another set out right away.

After a couple weeks we determined it was likely lost in the mail. No worries, Mike sent me yet another Sahadeen pack which arrived in short order.

Lucky you. Last time I had something lost by the post office, the manufacturer ignored me.

Wasn't rebel minis though!
They've always been quick to send stuff and never messed up any order I made to them. Their stuff seems to arrive really fast too.

Rebel (Sir Mike) rocks! Need more gentlemen like this in the hobby!
