Looks very nice, but alas, the shipping charges on a $21,000 USD order are probably a bit too high, for 200 buildings.

I wonder if the low real estate loan rates currently being offered apply to this kind of purchase?

Brilliant! It looks ideal for a skirmishing game. However, considering the size of the incredible buildings and streets etc, from the image presented it looks as though only players with very long arms would be able to play.
