There are lots of small errors in that book, which the Park Service refuses to carry in the Gettysburg bookstore. For instance, the map for July 3 shows the Bryan Farm on the Emmitsburg Pike (Emmitsburg Road in the book). It is actually near the Angle, on Cemetery Ridge. |

"Don't be ridiculous. They were PzKpfw IV Ausf Fs" All tanks in the ACW were Tigers. |

They were Louisiana Tigers. Which is why Stuart(s) 'twere'nt there. Did they mark the minefield where Pickett charged? |

They omit all the monuments all over the place that the armies hid behind. I find it amazing they managed to fight there at all with all the monuments in the way. |

They forgot the roundabout in Gettyburg town (is it the only one in the US?). |
| AICUSV | 19 Jan 2012 2:50 p.m. PST |
"roundabout in Gettyburg town (is it the only one in the US?)". First off it is a round square, which in New England is called a rotary, in the Mid Atlantic region a circle, but most people just call them a pain. There are far too many in the US. |
