After seeing the Captain America movie last year, I wanted to get an appropriate figure to use in my Pulp/Wierd War GASLIGHT games. I decided on repainting a Heroclix figure, and am pleased with the result:

"I am pleased with the result."

As you should be. Excellent.

I had in mind, and with the caveat of not being an avid fan of Captain America, raising a unit of Captain Americesque (OK, not really a word) figures based on Pulp Figures Rocket Troops. Some flashy leather jackets, blue breeches, head change of course.

Next year perhaps. After savage seas.

How about the Blackhawks. They would make a nice pulpy team.

In the DC cannon, it was the Unknown Soldier who put down Hitler in his own bunker and made it look like suicide.

He is a bad ass,

Very inspiring. I'm working on my own WWII Cap conversion right now.
