Tremendous, isn't it? BTD are among the best right now for service. Great to have them back on form. |

Thanks ad. While some find these posts tiresome, I always like to who has it together and who doesn't. It's not so much the money or lack of product to the doorstep, but the time wasted resolving issues. DM |

Usually "I ordered some stuff and it arrived" postings are a waste of time, but given Black Tree's record it's nice to hear. |

Hi, I ordered some Dr Who stuff from Black Tree just before Christmas and it came after a wait of about three weeks. The order was incomplete, so, knowing their track record I expected the missing items to take a long time to come. However, the missing items came very promptly, the next week with a bonus figure of the first Dr as compensation for the delay. Like many, I've been put off from ordering from Black Tree because of their reputation but now I wouldn't hesitate to order more figures from them. Also, despite the rumours of some Dr Who figures being no longer in production or being badly cast due to old molds etc, I got all of the figures I ordered (Drs 2, 3, 4, some companions, the Brigadier, Unit Characters and cybermen) and they were all very good, crisp castings. If anyone is interested in Dr Who miniatures then I'd recommend the range but maybe not delay in ordering more in case some stocks do run out as when they are gone they are supposedly gone for good. All the best, George. |

I recently placed an order with John of BTD in the USA and was very pleased. He communicated well and the figs arrived within a short time (he was waiting for a shipment). It was great! |

I ordered some Doctor Who figures from BTD USA in late November/early December and received the full order in 4 days. Their service has really improved. |
