The info page is broken on Reapers site – at least by the way I came to it. Anyone know if they still are even participating in this? I know it's changed a lot over the years and I read the posts from a few years ago on it – just curious if there are any changes to the program that folks here are aware of. |

I couldn't find it, either, and wondered if they still had this program. Grelber |

About a year ago I contacted Reaper about an unrelated miniature problem and casually mentioned I have a ton of Swag points, but I didn't want to spend them on any of their swag. (i.e. I don't want reaper keychains or T shirts). I asked if they ever offer merchandise or limited edition stuff for swag. They said no, and the rep I spoke to said they would be discontinuing the swag program at some point and doing something new. I asked if my swag points would be good for the new program and she couldn't tell me (meaning she didn't know). Haven't heard anything about it since, but maybe they're transitioning their swag program now. |

I just searched the Reaper Forums and they said that the Swag program had been discontinued and that any remaining swag points you might have are basically useless. |

As far as I know, the program was discontinued because a company was removing the proofs of purchase from all the Reaper figures they sold and then submitted them to Reaper to redeem dozens (hundreds?) of t-shirts that they would then sell. |

The program officially ended last spring at Reapercon. However, anyone who has tried to trade in points for the last couple years knows it was on decline long before that, as shirts were not available the previous year or two. They simply were not refreshing stock of the goodies they offered for trade in. There is talk of a new program of some kind, but no hints have been given yet, if it ever happens. New product packaging does not have the 'reaper points' tag on it. The Black Lightning demo program was canceled last year, too. No word on any replacement there, either. |

Thanks for the update, guys! Guess it is time to toss the box of swag points, then :( Chris |

Try contacting the company directly, before doing anything. Reaper has had good customer relations in the past, so it is worth an e-mail, or a cellphone call, before abandoning ship! Cheers! |
