Or, Napoleonic French Old Guard Grenadiers?

1) YES! We do not need another such range!

b: No, if that's what makes them money, maybe they will get around to making those Wurtemburger Chasseurs zu Zeppelin that I *really* need.

III> Not a gamer

D) What Vallejo paint do I need for Roman red tunics?

5) They weren't red, you Hollywood influenced idiot, they were unbleached linen!

f< Maybe in 18mm, that would be OK.

Martin Rapier03 Jan 2012 11:54 a.m. PST

You can never have too many Romans.

The Monstrous Jake03 Jan 2012 12:17 p.m. PST

I'd only be interested if they were in true box scale.

epturner03 Jan 2012 12:20 p.m. PST

Only if they are Roman around.

Eric

leidang03 Jan 2012 12:22 p.m. PST

I'm happy with my existing Roman armies so it is a non-event for me when new romans come out.

freerangeegg03 Jan 2012 12:29 p.m. PST

Nah, what did the romans ever do for us anyway?

I am more narked when a range I have bought and painted in metal comes out as lovely plastics!

21eRegt03 Jan 2012 12:46 p.m. PST

Why would I? It's a free market.

Lentulus03 Jan 2012 12:56 p.m. PST

Yes! We need *old* ranges of Romans.

elsyrsyn03 Jan 2012 1:08 p.m. PST

Nope. Unless they're really a whole lot better than the ones I already have …

This question needs to be more specific, are we talking about:

1.) Early Romans
2.) Republican Romans
3.) Early Imperial Romans
4.) Late Imperial Romans
5.) Eastern Romans (post-antiquity)
6.) Scifi Romans

Or possibly some other type of Romans? Some types of Romans are better available than others.

No.

Given up for good03 Jan 2012 2:04 p.m. PST

No – unless they stop a range I am interested in being increased.

Dave Crowell03 Jan 2012 2:11 p.m. PST

I just discovered a range of Aurelian Romans, so I am happy as a pig in, err, mud.

I did end up doing AWI in 40mm because the 10mm range I was going to use vanished into limbo, just as the 40s came along.

Mostly a new range means a new chance to pick up those few truly unique poses from that range to add to my growing hordes.

richarDISNEY03 Jan 2012 2:19 p.m. PST

Nope on both accounts.

greatwhitezulu03 Jan 2012 2:24 p.m. PST

Cardinal Hawkwood03 Jan 2012 2:47 p.m. PST

no. just have to keep buying a new hammer..

nazrat03 Jan 2012 2:54 p.m. PST

Since I have none and at present no plans to buy any, then no, it upsets me not a whit. But when I DO get around to collecting them I'm going to LOVE having such a great selection of Romans to choose from!

Sysiphus03 Jan 2012 4:28 p.m. PST

No

No – I do wonder why we need another one, but we need an infinte number of Spitfire and Mustang plastic kits too. So, that's the way it is.

Cardinal Ximenez03 Jan 2012 6:14 p.m. PST

No

Nah, what did the romans ever do for us anyway?
Reg: All right, but apart from the sanitation, medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, roads, the fresh water system and public health, what have the Romans ever done for us?
Someone had to do it

galvinm03 Jan 2012 6:44 p.m. PST

What Martin said.

Frankss03 Jan 2012 7:09 p.m. PST

XXIV Nope,

Disappointed that one range ended, though.

Cosmic Reset03 Jan 2012 9:47 p.m. PST

Only if they are Dallas Cowboys fans.

Cosmic Reset03 Jan 2012 9:48 p.m. PST

…or like pineapple on their pizza.

Cosmic Reset03 Jan 2012 9:49 p.m. PST

Cosmic Reset03 Jan 2012 9:49 p.m. PST

…or park in front of my driveway.

Cosmic Reset03 Jan 2012 9:50 p.m. PST

…like my new neighbors do.

Cosmic Reset03 Jan 2012 9:51 p.m. PST

…but I don't think that they are Roman.

Cosmic Reset03 Jan 2012 9:52 p.m. PST

… though maybe they are, as they do upset me.

SECURITY MINISTER CRITTER04 Jan 2012 12:21 a.m. PST

Nope, but irishserb's neighbors are starting to get up my nose.

Caliban04 Jan 2012 4:06 a.m. PST

Skeletal Romans!

I really fancy these – maybe it's because I've painted too many of the live ones, or maybe it's just the New Year silly season…

Sane Max04 Jan 2012 6:35 a.m. PST

J- Only if they are nicer than the ones I have already.

Pat

skinkmasterreturns04 Jan 2012 6:53 a.m. PST

I really could use some figures of Roman prostitutes so that the Legionairies I have already can relax on their downtime.

CeruLucifus04 Jan 2012 1:29 p.m. PST

Upset? I'm too busy thinking how much I'd like to paint them. And I don't even play historicals currently.

StarfuryXL504 Jan 2012 10:39 p.m. PST

Depends.

Isn't that how they managed those long forced marches?
